We are The Million Dollar Upside team,
a grassroots multifamily investment group based in TX.
The Million Dollar Upside team was created with the mission of building long-term wealth through Multifamily investments while giving back to our real estate communities with Multifamily education, resources, and fast tracking to financial freedom.
Our team has seven years of collective real estate experience in cash, conventional and creative finance transactions.
Through our real estate community, Subto, we aligned to begin our journey in the Multifamily space in April of 2022.
Within that time, we now own two individual assets totaling 70 units, both acquired through seller finance.
Alongside our
exceptional network of strategic partners, we are on track to achieve our goal of 1000 units by July 2023.
